Heirs & Rightful Property Owners
If we have reached out to you, we have likely identified you as a person who has a right to funds held by another entity. While this may mean you are an heir to an estate, it may also mean you are the rightful owner of surplus funds currently held and waiting to be claimed. Given the complexities involved with such matters is it our duty at URS to navigate the procedural clutter and continue to work to obtain all the funds that are rightfully yours.
- We ask for no upfront fees and we are only paid when you are. Proving the funds are rightfully yours is done at our expense. We never ask for any payment from you unless we recover for you. If we do not successfully prove you are entitled to these funds, we do not get paid.
- We prove that you are entitled to the funds we have identified on your behalf. Once we have a signed agreement with you, we begin the procedural process of proving you are entitled to the funds in question. This process is often the longest part and may require URS to work with outside counsel, as well as internal experts, to prove you are, in fact, entitled to the funds we say you are.
- Part of our commitment to you is our promise to keep you notified of the progress in your case. We are available any time and will be glad to answer your questions.
- Once it has been proven you are entitled to the identified funds, we will obtain the funds from the necessary parties and after a final accounting has been done, you will receive a check for the amount owed to you, minus our fee.
